crochet flowers

Sorry the giveaway has still not been done, we have had a busy weekend and my youngest always likes to pick it out so we will try and get it done tonight.Last week was spent giving the house a detox, i have had a really good going through and got rid of loads, to the charity shop, recycle bins etc and finally feel like it getting junk free.
I have been making some more flowers, i did want to string these along the top of my bed but they just wasn't sitting right, anyway i have found a home for them now and think they look sweet hung over here.

new year... new look and a giveaway.

Hi... i hope everyone is settling into the new year and getting back into the swing of things. The kids have gone back to school today and things are getting back to normal now.

I havn't been doing much crafting over the christmas holidays.So nothing much to show.

but i have managed to make some more crochet flower corsages in nice new spring colours, and one of them is for YOU..... just leave a comment and i have a nice pink one waiting to be delivered to its new owner. Will pick the winner towards the end of the week.

More of the knitted dish cloths have been made too, just small simple things and thats all i have to show you for today but hopefully i wil be getting the machine out again soon and back to making things.

Just popping in to say Happy New Year to my blogging friends!!

I have just finished this hand knitted scarflette for a dear friend of mine, i just hope it makes it over the pond in time for christmas now. I also made one in cream but my daughter has worn that one for work today, i think i will have to get one made for myself!

Made some christmas red mug warmers and filled the mug with chocolate and hot chocolate packets for the teachers gifts, hope they will like them.

sorry i have been a bad blogger recently, have been busy getting orders finished. Im now getting in the christmas mood and have made some reindeer food ready for the kids for christmas eve. If you click the photo it will enlarge for you to see the poem which i found through google.

There will be more mug warmers in the shop soon, they are selling so fast but now that im a celebrity get me out of here is back on the telly i can get some knitting done while im watching it.

it's been a while

Hi, it's been a while since my last post, first i cut my hand which went the wrong way and had to go have a tetnus jab, also i have been full of cold which has had me laid up for most of last week. So i didn't get much done, i have been getting back into card making again and these are a few i have done.

Today the nice postman had a parcel for me from my lovely friend Penny, look at my new bag, Penny makes these herself and has some in her etsy shop if you are quick enough, arn't they trendy!

and theres more, i have been really spoilt!! some bias tape made by Penny, a cute little gift bag, some tards, which Penny has been making and yes theres more...

some of my fav yarn, i now have a new colour to add to my crochet blanket, thank you so much Penny. Also a fabric flower basket, i love this and its just my colours too so its going in my bedroom, the sweets have now all gone though.

I made a few more knitted donuts and got them sewn up yesterday

i just really wanted something to put on my new pink cake stand.

and while i was lai up i read the best book, the follow up to divas don't knit, i loved this book and didn't want it to end, does anyone know if there is going to be another one?
