cute eggs


inside here is a cadburys cream egg, don't these make cute little gifts for easter, there is a whole family to be knitted with differant hats etc, you can find the pattern here along with other patterns for knitted food cakes and others.

The eggs are soooooo cute. I've just got a copy of the Jean Greenhowe Jiffy Knits, and I'm in the process of knitting Easter Bunnies. I'm dying to knit the fried egg next - that sounds a bit crazy, ho hum :)

I dont think Ive got to the stage where I could make one myself, the baby blanket im knitting for oscar is absolutly full of holes!

That sounds like a knitting project for me, short and sweet! - whenever I knit anything for my daughter, I knit it in a size one year up, cos that is usually how long it takes me!
